ABOUT THIS COURSE

Aims

iBacc Planning is a free scoping session with your senior leadership team that maps how iBacc would work in your particular context, so that you can decide whether to adopt the open framework yourself or take up one of the supported packages.

Outcomes

By the end of the session your leadership team will:

  • understand what iBacc is and the three ways to adopt it — Explore, Integrate and Transform
  • see how the four Programmes, the three-screen method and the seven learning habits map onto your existing ethos, pedagogy and curriculum
  • identify where iBacc adds most value in your setting
  • decide which adoption route fits your context and capacity
  • leave with a clear next step
SESSION DATES

How to book a session

Choose a time that suits your team. Use the Book iBacc Planning button to see available slots and book directly — there are no fixed cohort dates, so you can arrange the session whenever works for you.

SESSION DETAILS

The senior leadership teams of UK schools considering iBacc: state-maintained community schools and academies with high Muslim populations, and independent schools with an Islamic ethos.

A single working session, online or on-site, in which we look at your ethos, pedagogy and curriculum alongside the iBacc framework and map how adoption would work in your context. There is nothing to prepare; it helps if the people who would lead adoption are in the room.

You decide how to proceed. You can adopt the open framework yourself at no cost (Explore), or take up a supported package — Integrate or Transform — which adds iBacc training and, at Transform, formal tracking of learner outcomes and periodic learning reviews.
