Aims
iBacc Integration gives your school direct, trainer-led support to put iBacc into practice, so that the framework moves from the page into everyday teaching across all four Programmes — Leadership, Scholarship, Craftsmanship and Citizenship.
What’s included

- whole-staff Teach iBacc, delivered in-house to all your teaching staff
- enrolment of your Lead Practitioner on Lead iBacc, so that expertise stays in the school

Teach iBacc Course Details
Every teacher takes Teach iBacc: twelve directed hours across six modules that equip them to begin practising the three-screen method in their own classroom.
- Experience — teachers meet their own leadership tendencies against the nine modes of mindful leadership, and get a hands-on feel for a Scholarship, a Craftsmanship and a Citizenship habit
- Theorise — the four Programmes, the three-screen method, the seven learning habits, and how the nine modes sit within Screen Three
- Plan — lessons across all four Programmes, including how habits reinforce one another and when to hand a learning-habit objective to a student
- Facilitate — a student’s own self-leadership, using John Heron’s six categories of intervention
- Evaluate — learning through iBacc’s co-curricular accreditation (Scouting and Duke of Edinburgh awards, graded exams, formal qualifications, leadership viva) alongside day-to-day observation
- Apply — iBacc to each teacher’s own subject and pupils
Staff completing all six modules receive a Certificate of Attendance, and may go on to a Certificate of Achievement by completing the self-directed Deliver and Demonstrate modules and passing the assessment.
Deliver Format
Delivery format is your choice. Because it is delivered in-house, the twelve hours can be scheduled in the pattern that suits your school — across INSET days, as a series of twilight sessions, or as a blend of online and on-site — timed around your calendar. We agree the format at your iBacc Planning session.

Who it’s for
UK schools ready to adopt iBacc across the school rather than use the open framework on their own: state-maintained community schools and academies with high Muslim populations, and independent schools with an Islamic ethos.
How Teach iBacc is delivered
As a closed, in-house cohort for your own staff — not the open online course. All teaching staff take part, and you choose the delivery pattern (INSET, twilights, online, on-site or a blend). Each teacher receives the Teach iBacc handbook and slide handouts as PDFs.
Your Lead Practitioner on Lead iBacc
One member of staff is enrolled on Lead iBacc, the six-module course that equips them to coach colleagues, audit provision and lead whole-school programme development — so the school builds its own internal capacity rather than depending on outside trainers. Additional practitioners from your school can enrol on Lead iBacc at a reduced rate of £150 rather than the standard £250.
How to book
You can start either way. Book a free iBacc Planning session for your senior leadership team to scope adoption first, then take up Integration when you’re ready — or, if you’ve already decided, book Integration directly now.
Travel and accommodation for on-site delivery are charged in addition to the package fee. For international schools, these are arranged and provided by the school.
